This photo was an accident, or at least I thought it was, until I really looked at it.
Hannah and I are finishing up around the house and we will be going on our Safari.
The inspiration for this is many... My love of picture taking... Hannah's adventurous spirit... And finally Debi Cate's Photo a Day blog, absolutely wonderful.
She has many links to other PAD blogs, and they are just as wonderful.

Hello Hannah and Windy! You are so sweet to mention my blog in yours. I am flattered and thrilled to be included as an inspiration for you guys on your "Photo Safari" (love that term). Isn't it funny how simply carrying a camera really opens your eyes?
Have you seen our "Two Things" Challenge we do weekly? We'd love to have you join us, and all you have to do is take pictures of the "two things" that one of us lists. (We rotate that responsibility. This week it is "Black" and "White.")
So, I've looked and looked and I'm not quite sure what I should be seeing in this picture, unless it's the wonderful contrast of the blue and yellow (I love things like that) and the cool textures.
I've added your blog to my daily read list and look forward to getting to know y'all better.
Happy Photo Hunting!
P.S. Sorry for such a long comment, but it's my first venture into your blog and apparently I had a lot I wanted to say ;)
Thank you Debi!! I just love your blog and the realness of it. Raw, is that the term I am looking for?! :) This where I am feeling I want to go in picture taking at the moment and your sight just spoke to that.
I will have to try the "Two Things" challenge. The photo of the picture was totally by accident and I played with it a little and thought it was most fitting for our Photo Safari today. We all look at the window and it is so interesting to me to see what everyone sees. :)
Thanks again for stopping by...I look forward to getting to know you too!! I would love to have lunch at that adorable cafe some day... ;)
God Bless!
Windy
"picture" should be window and "we all look at the.." should be out. LOL
The dang "H" key on my laptop is funky and it throws my typing off.
So if I ever see you write about "Anna" I'll understand it is really Hannah, then. ;)
